Considering Buying
The Concord - the best. Grocery is Urban Fare. Best of everything and priced out of your range.
Grace - highest quality materials. pool, air conditioning. superb neighbours. neighbourhood is only 'ok'. Your grocery store is Choices. Realistically, this is priced completely out of your range.
The Columbus - mediocre pool and no A/C. But fantastic area. Very close to being out of range. Large units.
Waterford - ac and the best pool. Suites are of a great size but maintenance is somewhat high. Priced in your range but a long walk to Choices.
Iliad / Metroliving - no view, no pool. Very good area. Cheap maintenance and rich neighbours. Short walk to Choices.
Domus - no ac or pool, but excellent maintenance fees and construction. Only consider units with super-large balconies. Right above the gym.
Not Considering
ICON - Waterford is better
King's Landing - no advantage over Waterford
Peninsula - mediocre pool and no A/C. Ugly finishings
Mondrian - Domus is better
