Business Plan for Project Unity
Project Unity is a side-project of mine. It follows the proven business model used by Maid Marian and Gaia Online: a online world to hang out in, adventure, and chat.

Because of the incredible competition, it must target a niche. Fitness is the niche. Everything must be beautiful and perfect and have things that you don't see in real-life. Built around a waterfall. Floating in the sky. Impossibly tall buildings. Dinosaurs.
The other is the RPG element. You need to start off weak and provide clear goals and methods of improvement. Take the Sims, its free world but you play it with goals. Getting money to buy things. Building up your stats. Building up relationships. Getting ahead in your job. Starting a big family.
If we take the fitness niche. Then we hit that niche as hard as possible. All stats are fitness related. Bench, squat, deadlift, etc. How do we handle money? Daily stipend probably. Or doing odd jobs around the world.
The amount of money that will be spent on animations and so forth will be incredible.
